The University of Florida's Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences objective was to create workshops to train Florida farmers how to grow their businesses by selling directly to consumers.
I was hired as a social media expert to help farmers become more familiar with social media channels to reach their customers.
Our solution was to promote social media workshops through posters and flyers that visually reinforce the idea of community and family.
Additionally, we produced six 15 to 30-minute video tutorials, in English and Spanish, instructing farmers on how to use Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest for their social media marketing efforts.
